Helping you feel safe, strong, and confident in your body.
Nervous system–informed physiotherapy for complex and persistent pain.
At Nerve Ninja Physiotherapy, we work with people whose symptoms don’t always fit neatly into a diagnosis — persistent pain, dizziness, fatigue, injury that won’t settle, or bodies that no longer feel reliable.
Our approach combines evidence-based physiotherapy, nervous system regulation, and personalised movement therapy to help you understand what’s happening in your body — and how to change it.
No generic programs. No rushed appointments. Just thoughtful, individualised care.
Our Approach
01
Breathe
Breathing is the foundation of movement, recovery, and pain regulation. We use strategies to improve posture and nervous system balance — often reducing pain and tension quickly.
02
Safety
Pain and chronic symptoms often reflect a nervous system that feels under threat. We prioritise creating a sense of safety. This allows the body to relax, adapt, and respond to treatment more effectively.
03
Movement
Rather than isolating one painful area, we look at how the whole body moves. We identify compensations and restrictions, then retrain for more efficient movement patterns through hands-on treatment and tailored exercises.
04
Neurology
Many symptoms are driven by how the brain and nervous system interpret movement and threat. We integrate neurological techniques to improve communication between the brain and body.
Meet Justin
Justin is a physiotherapist with advanced training in neurological and complex pain conditions. He works with people who have often “tried everything” — and are looking for a deeper, more holistic approach.
His work integrates movement science, functional neurology, and hands-on therapy to help clients rebuild trust in their bodies and return to the activities they love.
If you've been told your results look normal, or you've tried treatment after treatment without lasting relief — this is the work Justin does best.

“He’s always my first choice when something happens because I have absolute trust in him. Now my whole family comes to him with confidence.”

“I started seeing Justin for ongoing aches on the left side of my body — my neck, lower back, and hip. Previously, it felt like other physiotherapists focused only on the symptoms, but Justin took a completely different approach. He assessed and treated my body as a whole.
He began by addressing my nervous system and breathing patterns before introducing targeted exercises to correct muscle imbalances, along with craniosacral therapy. The difference has been significant.
I truly can’t recommend him enough. I only wish I had found him sooner. Each session has helped me better understand my body, and I finally feel empowered to move beyond the aches I’d been carrying for so long.”

“I’d happily recommend Justin to anyone dealing with ongoing pain. After seeing three different physios over the past 12 months for my lower back, things were actually getting worse. I kept being told to “stretch more,” but nothing was really improving.
Justin took a completely different approach. He really listened—both to what I was saying and to what my body was telling him. Instead of just treating the symptoms, he worked to understand and address the underlying causes of the pain.
The difference has been incredible. I can now move freely again without the constant discomfort that had become part of daily life.
Justin has been an absolute godsend. If you’re feeling stuck or frustrated with ongoing pain, I can’t recommend him highly enough.”
