Inside Gathr, Mezzanine

Wednesday 9am – 9pm

Friday 2pm – 7pm

Nerve Ninja operates out of Gathr, a premium wellness and workspace facility in the heart of the CBD — steps from Wynyard Station and the George Street light rail, and walking distance to Barangaroo, Martin Place, and Circular Quay.

Sessions begin in a private treatment room, with the option to move into the gym for movement training and progressive rehabilitation. It doesn't look or feel like a typical physio clinic — and that's intentional.

Access to a fully equipped private gym means rehabilitation doesn't stop at the treatment table. Justin integrates movement training directly into sessions — working on gait, strength, and functional patterns in a real training environment, not a corridor.

Before & After

Full changing facilities are available on site — lockers, showers, and changing rooms. Useful if you're coming from or heading to work, or if your session includes movement training.

All treatment sessions take place in fully private, sound-separated rooms. No shared spaces, no waiting room overflow, no noise from adjacent appointments.

The clinic includes a Manuthera electric treatment table, which supports patients who have difficulty getting up and down. If this is relevant to you, let us know when you book and we'll make sure it's set up.

Clinical Technology

VALD assessment — precision measurement of strength, force, and movement asymmetry, so progress is tracked objectively.

Technogym Skillmill — a curved, self-powered treadmill for gait analysis and movement retraining.

Shockwave therapy — non-invasive treatment for tendons, fascia, and chronic soft tissue conditions that haven't responded to other approaches.

NormaTec compression boots — pneumatic compression for recovery, circulation, and lymphatic drainage.

Your Questions, Answered

  • Exit Wynyard Station via the George Street exit and turn right. Gathr is 50 metres south at 309 George Street. The George Street light rail stop is directly outside.

  • Take the stairs on the left or the lift to the first floor. The Gathr reception is straight ahead — let them know you're there for Nerve Ninja and Justin will come and meet you shortly.

  • No. You can book directly without a GP referral or letter.

  • Your first session starts with a thorough assessment — Justin takes time to understand your full history, not just your current symptoms. From there, treatment begins in the same session. Nothing is rushed.

  • Wear comfortable clothing you can move in. If you have any relevant scans, imaging, or reports — bring them, or forward them ahead of your appointment.

We'll send you an intake form before your first visit; if you haven't had a chance to complete it, you can fill it in when you arrive.

  • All appointments are priced at a standard hourly rate — no itemised billing, no charges per body part or condition reviewed. Justin takes a whole-body approach regardless of what brings you in, and the pricing reflects that. Movement and gym-based sessions are available to existing patients as part of their ongoing care.

  • Yes. We accept health fund rebates and process them using HaltH — so you only pay the gap on the day, with no paperwork or delayed reimbursement. We encourage you to set up an account with HaltH.
