Meet Justin

Meet Kathryn
Patient Experience & Operations
Kathryn leads client experience, communications, and operations at Nerve Ninja, ensuring every interaction is clear, responsive, and well supported.
Her role is also shaped by lived experience. After navigating complex neurological symptoms and inconsistent care herself, Kathryn understands how confusing and frustrating the health system can be. Working with Justin changed her expectations of what great care looks like. Today, she applies that perspective to ensure clients feel informed and supported in their recovery.
